Default New 2011 GT Brembo

I just got a 2011 GT Brembo with the 3.73 gear. Great car, prior to this one I owned a 2002 Porsche Carrera (modified suspension) and a 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe. My GT feels great compared to my old Carrera. The only things that bother me is the Sync system, most of the time does not follow up the instruction requested, also the automatic dimming rear view mirror does not work. Twice I toke my car to the dealer, and they don't find the issue. Anybody else with the same issue?. Any advice?
If you activate the Sync "vehicle health report", the way that you drive (example, if you race), could be monitored for warranty purpose?

Congrats on the ride. As for the auto dimming mirror, does it not work at all? That sucks, it just sounds like one of those issues that would be impossible for them to repeat during the day at the dealership. Did they check the fuse?

As for the Vehicle health report and SYNC, it wont track the way you drive and report it to them. Really so far I have found it useless, Im not sure it gives you anything that the idiot lights on the dash dont already give you. For example, if you run it with the Ebrake on, it reports a brake system fault in the report. You might try pulling the fuse for the SYNC system and see if that fixes the issues.

For that rear view mirror, do a troubleshoot (if there is one in the manual. I don't know how to do it since I don't have that feature in my car.

And if the dealer gives you crap and says your mirror is not covered by the warranty because you were racing, (LOL), then say this sequence of numbers and letters to him: 15 USC 2302(C)
That should light a fire under his ***.

So long as you don't race! Because if your Sync goes out, or anything else actually, like your tail lights don't blink anymore, the dealer will "void" your warranty for racing! LOL
