Default Need help with ignition system

Well, I found a nice active, hands-free door lock and ignition system. One of the ones where when you walk up the door unlocks, get in, push a button to start, push to stop...get out and walk away and it locks itself. No key needed.

It has it's own alarm system, but I'm not going to use it...the factory one is better. What I need to know is how the ignition controller works. I need to find a wire that is only grounded after the alarm is disabled. Will have to disable the steering wheel lock. Not keen on having a key in a by-pass adapter under the dash though. Trying to find out how the ignition works to see if maybe I can totally replace it with the new system, or enable a bypass off of the new system.

Anyone got any helpful info??
