Default 2010 GT Premium Speaker replacement

Anybody have experience doing this? Now have my Corsa Extreme's rumbling but realize having a Vert, come Springtime with top down, turning up the tunes will result in distortion etc. from factory speakers. Although a new audio system is on the list, for now I thought I'd upgrade the speakers so I can crank up the music when needed. The lower speakers on the front door are obviously round 5 1/4, anybody know the size of the upper door speakers and rears. I'd rather just plug and play replace so i'd like to stick to stock sizes. I have the Shaker 500 that comes with the Premium setup. Any help and recommendations are appreciated.

I'm interested too. I would like to get something like this:

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_1086830...cs.html?tp=105

They are listed specifically as fitting the front doors and rear deck of a 2011 mustang
but I'm a little skeptical about the installation. I'm not really big on removing door panels, trim, etc.
