Hi,

It's been a week and 4 days since I picked up my car. I have had many thumbs up and positive comments (and one hater - in a beat up Pontiac, no less. bah!). I love the way the car drives (and I am really happy with the color choice)!

I am experiencing two things that I need to have the dealer address, and I'd like to know before I take it in for service, if anyone else has experienced either of these problems.

1. The Bounce Back feature on the passenger side window almost always triggers when I close the window.

2. The passenger side door lock doesn't come up all the way when using the key fob or the lock switch and the door won't unlock unless I grab the interior door handle and open it. Once it's been opened, it will work with the key fob and lock switch for a while, but will stop working again the next day.

YUP YUP...

You have a couple of Dealer Fix's to be done there.

Probably a bad sensor on that passenger door.. and sounds like the Lock mechanics are jammed.

 

I had the exact same problem with the passenger side door not being able to unlock with the remote transmitter. The dealer fixed it. They said it was a defective latching mechanism. It works perfectly now.
