Car looks good!
A custom tune should work fine with the K&N CAI. You can check with Brenspeed or American Muscle regarding their custom tunes for a K&N CAI.
I have the Airaid CAI, which does not require a tune. However, there is minimal gains with out a tune. I highly recommend getting a custom tune in order to get the most gains out of the K&N CAI.
