Default Headlight Covers

Anyone seen these yet? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

I'm not usually for the non-performance parts, but I kinda like these.

Also, does anyone know which hood that is on the red stang?

Just my opinion... I think they look like something that came off the tail lights of a pickup.

As for the hood, hard to tell, looks like either the GTR Ram Air hood or possibly the Legend hood from gef racing.

They're going for a bit too much for my liking on Ebay, but if I could get them for 40 I might consider it.

I don't like them.

You might as well have the whole headlight covered and just use your fog lights to see.

Not sure if they are really legal. I can see some issues with these.

For the people are interested in these, they should have least have color selection available to pick from. I mean, have colors from 2005 Mustangs. Or the plain ones for custom painting. How are people going to paint these things? They need to be clearcoated also. Do they have spray paint, I know they have touch up paint. Doesn't seem to be worth the money.

LOL, Thats what i was thinking,i tried covers on my 94 Gt and its about like driving with 05 fog lights.i tried driving with the fog lights 1 night and thought it was like when i used headlight covers LOL.

BTW i had a solid black car cept for the rims and windshield.cops wouldn't let me tint my windshield LOl, but NP i would rather beable to see where i was going, and couldn't find black rims i liked.

It sure is! I don't know what the law is in California but I drive with all 4 lights blaring!
It wouldn't do the car justice if all 4 weren't on. It makes me think, 'how did I ever survive without cool fog lights before?'

Headlamp covers = dumpy.

Those hoods are awesome! I'm going to have to get me one. But what one and where to get it? (I'll save that question for a later topic)

I posted links to two similiar ( if not the same ) hoods in post #2 of this thread.

The hood on the red mustang is the one that I was interested in. It's not like anything else I've seen, yet.

I sent a message to the auctioner. He said the hoods are made custom by his company. www.vantagesportscars.com

They don't normally sell parts from what I can tell, just the cars.
