Default front sway bar needed?

Ok so before i re do my stripes install my scoops or anything i want to figure out this knock! I already have had my front a arms and ball joints replaced and it took car or 70% of the knocking, now i am moving on the the sway bar before i attack the upper strut mounts. What exactly is the need for a front sway bar on a lowered vehicle? Can i ditch it completely?

The clunking may be the sway bar links or the upper mounts

Do you like to drive your car in corners at a reasonable rate of speed? Do you dislike body roll? If you answered yes to either of these questions, yes, you need a swaybar.

Do you only drive your car on the 1/4 mile? Do you drive like a grandpa all the other time you aren't on the 1/4 mile? If you answered yes to either of these questions, no, you don't need a swaybar.

Reason why I sold the GT Takeoffs and going to remove it for the track...

It's always a benefit to beef up your frame strength

I remove my front sway bar for drag racing and leave it off most of the time.
But as mentioned, if I plan on doing any twisty-windy driving, I'll put it back on.

Do you NEED it? no, but it helps street handling.

I took the front swaybar off my old 98v6 once and drove it for a few miles. Cornered like a boat

Needed? No, but your car will handle like schit on the street. My GT front sway is noisy over speed bumps but it's something I can live with
