Default 2005 Supercharged Saleen Mustang (boost problem)

I have 05 Saleen started life as a non sc saleen. the previous owner bought the 465 saleen supercharger package instated and tuned. He added a boost gauge on the apillar and went i wot it stays at 0 psi. and i do not feel at all like its close to the horsepower, I never drove a stock 05 GT but i'm sure my saleen is supposed to feel faster than this. any of you guys know what could be wrong? It has the stock pulie so its only pushing 4 to 6 psi but still i don't even feel boost . But the supercharger is healthy also.

Ok, do you "hear" the SC whine when you go to WOT? If not its not making any boost.

Is it a vacuum gauge also? What's the vacuum reading at idle? If it has the right tune loaded it would be ruining like crap at WOT with no boost.

Vacuum should be exactly 20Hg at idle. What does it read at idle?

I heard that Saleen Superchargers sound pretty loud at idle also, like you can hear it cluncking and alot of times ppl think its blender grind when its not
