Ok, I have my '05 Mustang GT and now i need to put stripes on it.

I really wanted a midnight blue mustang with white stripes but I didn't like the electric blue it came in. So, I got silver, what stripes work well with silver?

BTW, Black stripes isn’t an option for me but you can vote on it anyhow.

Ack, forgot to photoshop the mineral Gray onto the Mustang. eh, maybe later.












I wish my stripes where like my dash lights.

 

black or charcoal gray.. any other color would just be wrong..

For my silver 'Stang I'm going with black. White looks good with black/blue. The blues look good with white/silver. Torch Red looks good with black/white/silver. Legend Lime look good with white/silver. The black looks good with silver/red. Redfire looks good with silver. And so on. It's all personal tastes in the long run, though.

I have narrowed it down...

Silver body:
- White Stripes
- Dark Gray Stripes
- Possibly Blue (was once my favorite but now not so sure)

I'll have to do a photoshop color for the dark gray stripes. Arg.

 

the dark gray ones are sweet looking... i have a silver 01 and was thinking about stripes too and thats the only color that i would consider.. you always see black on silver but how often do you see dark gray stripes on silver.. havent seen one yet.

When I buy a hood, it's probably not painted (right?) Do I put the hood on my car and take it to the paint shop and have them paint it like that or leave it off and... DAMN IT! someone explain to me how I should do this?

Yes, I used to do all paint and auto work on my previous cars (Acura Integras) but those are Piles of Crap and I didn't care about messing them up. '05 Mustang GT... I'm thinking I don't even want to change the oil!!!
