If you have the IUP it does. If not you have to alter it a little

Painted my valve covers. 1 can of primer, 2 cans of ford blue, 1 can of clear coat, 1 scotch brite, 2 new valve cover gaskets = $40.
The fact that they look just as good as the powdercoated ones at 1/6th the price = priceless.
However, I do need to touch up one of them as I scratched it while putting it back on. D'oh.
