It's just a fine in MD. No points. I would not drill, no way I was going to put holes in my Roush front. I previously looked into the motorized or slide up plate holders but I just took the chance. Got tagged by a state trooper but local/county police didn't care.

Now I live in a state where front plates are not required

Yeah the only police that pull me over are Maryland State Troopers. No county cops seem to care.

The flip up bracket from AM looks great. I think I will take a stab at those since AM gives us MF members a discount!

Would these flip brackets fit Steeda or Saleen front ends for '10, '11, '12 cars?

I use the craigs bracket. have had it for 2 1/2 years. It works great. I take it off for shows. Never had it slip or come loose.

The flip up brackets require you to drill, but this one does not and is very easy to take off or put on.

Even for the one that you have to drill, at least you drill on the underside of the plastic bumper where you do not see it.
The conventional plat mount forces you to drill in the front of the plastic bumper where everyone and their damn dog can see.
