Hey guys i got hit today in the damn parking lot, i was backing up, all was clear and boom!!she was coming out out the wachovia drive threw,when she hit me im like mother F$@ker its not bad but its "my fault" i guess said the officer, with i think is bull**** she was either going to fast or b didnt see me, but the great laws make me at fault..I was allready 3/4 out of the spot so how is it my fault? about 1 seconds from putting it in drive,he said im in reverse and coming out to the main road..Owell her damage is same i mine just paint but still my car is messed up, i have a good body guy that takes of me so he will hook me up, but i need a lower valance cause it got hit and scraped up..the tab was sticking out so i tryed to push it back in, i mean it sits pretty flush but not at the same time idunno maybe a bracket behined it broke i dont even know how to take it apart to make sure its on right..

PS so if anybody has a lower valance for sale pm i wanna get my car fixed asap.

 

Oh wow that sucks. The same thing happened to be in an Arby's parking lot.
Since it was in a parking lot I think it was my fault, but I didn't know at the time.
I thought it was their fault, so I didn't try to claim it on insurance.
You should be about to get it fixed good as new though.

that is horrible man, I hate the stupid laws that make innocent people be "at fault" for other peoples stupidity. At least it was only paint and light body damage. Its always a good thing when no one gets hurt. Sorry about the Stang though

 

Notta cop here but I think if your in reverse, its usually considered your fault. Sucks for sure, but it looks very fixable and thats why we have insurance. Sorry dude, I know it sucks when your baby gets hurt.

Thanks guys for the input this really does suck , but like i said the local body guy around me will take care of me, still gotta pay some money but alot less then usual only thing is im gonna have my bike work pushed back to a moment witch sucks too, damn people..Im gonna cleanit up as much as i can, ill upload pics when im done cleaning lol..

I just finished cleaning it up it look alot better but the bumper sticks out alittle bit anybody know how to take it apart for me to make sure its in right??
