Any codes thrown? If you have a tuner, let us know what those codes are.

I'll assume you're aware of the water leak TSB and have verified this isn't SJB related...

No don't know anything about it nuke, But here is the codes.

p0340= Camshaft position sensor A circit (bank 1 or singal sensor)

p2106=Throttle Actuator Control System- forced limited power

p2135= Throttle/pedal/position sensor/switch A/B voltage

BTW I don't know what any of this mean.

I had this happen to me last month. I also got a P2135 among other things. Threw the Wrench Light at me and did this about a dozen times going home/to the dealership. (My actual codes were P0010, P0201-P0207, P0446, P0481, P0625, P1000, P2105, P2135.)

Replaced the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). Problem solved.

Lol Rick, you and that damn water leak!

Be sure to check your grounds near your headlights if you messed with them recently. Mine was loose and threw all types of codes and kept shutting the car off!

Men, yesterday i had a really weird thing happen to my car. Lately i had really bad luck with my car. I turned it on and jumped in and was playing with my phone while in the parking lot. All of a sudden. The outside light starts to flick rapidly and turn on and off, the stereo dies out, all the power gages in the dash go to the way left, the gas gage turns red, and the digital display reads "check charging system, no brakes, and an err reading". However, the car drove perfectly normal. Then i drove the car cause i was in the fu-k it mode. Miraculously, all the power gauges get restored and the digital display is normal again. 2 minutes later this happens again. And happens a third and forth time. I know my alternator is good cause i just checked it.

Luckily i had my tuner in the car with me. So i set it back to stock tune. The car ran fine. Five minutes later, i tuned it back to 91 race and i never had the problem again. After re-tuning it , i drove a hundred miles just to make sure and the problem never came back, and it never came back. This is very strange to me.

Here is the kicker, there was a thunder storm outside and I know "Nuke" has a hard on for the water leak tsb. So i checked passenger seat carpet and sure it enough it was wet. So i wonder was the problem because of my tune , or the water leak thing on the carpet ? Either way , the issue is resolved, i just wanted to know if any have experience such thing. Thanks
