Default Manual trans fluid?

I'm going to change my engine oil in about 700 miles, and I'm interested in exchanging the manual transmission fluid as well. It only has about 38k on it, but the fluid is approaching 6 years old and is slightly discolored. I've also just moved to SW Florida, and I know the extra heat is simply going to kill it quicker.

I'm ordering Amsoil engine oil, so what transmission fluid would be best for my car?

Thanks

I just changed mine two days ago and I used Royal Purple Synchromax Manual Transmission Fluid. I'm not sure in the Amsoil which one is the right one after looking through those. I do know that our transmission uses a automatic style fluid even though it's a manual.
