Well when I first got to Italy I was driving back from the Venice airport and was about to get on the autostrada (basically the autobahn for Italy). It is a toll road so I was taking my ticket when I look over and see a Lamborghini going threw to get on too. I Immediately turned my traction control off and took off as hard as I could. It was a few cars back so I thought it would take a little bit for it to catch me, that is if it wanted to play at all. By the time I started to shirt into 3rd It blew by me like I was standing still. That thing sounded amazing. I was able to stay within sight of the tail lights for a few minutes, but it was going way too fast for me to keep that up.

So even though it wasn't really a race, it was awesome to see that lambo take off like that. I tried it with a Ferrari 430 a few months ago near Milan, but there was too much traffic.

Well even though I did it all the time when I was growing up with no problems, I don't street race anymore due to the cops being hypersensitive to it around here because of all the inexperienced kids getting killed doing it in stupid places.....I lost control the other day. A manager from where I work pulled up to me at a stop light in his shinny little turbo Saturn Sky. I really didn't think much about him until he hit it when the light turned green and I just lost control and the next thing I new I was hitting second and fishtailing....when I hit 3rd I took him and seen him beating on the steering wheel and screaming as I started shutting it down. He stayed behind me and would not pass me even though I slowed way down to see if he would. It was not the smartest spot to be racing and I'm sure glad a cop was not around. I imagine I will be seeing him again and it would not surprise me if he has not done some more mods to it by then...he makes enough money to afford it...LOL.

The sky has 260hp and 260 lb-ft tq. A stock stang should take it.

Shelby AC 427 Cobra(kit car).
Did a few roll races on a traffic and interchange free area of a local expressway.
It's larger hp/wt ratio would not allow my GT to keep up with it.

Nice! I thought for some reason they were a little quicker, but 260/260 @ 3000 lbs is where they sit...
