Default 2012 Yellow Blaze Tri-Coat

Long name for a color...anyway, I found one I liked, but I havent seen it in person yet. Anyone seen the color? They have already applied a non-negotiable color protectant package, for $399. Otherwise, their price is good.

Lol sounds like they want to charge $399 for a coat of paint sealant.

Anyway, I haven't yet seen a Blaze Tri-Coat in person but I think the color is kind of a love it or hate it color at least in my opinion. I wish they would've brought back something closer to the older, much brighter yellow that really shouted sports car. I'm not big on Blaze but as I've said I think it's love or hate.

I know Grabber Blue tends to be a love or hate kind of color, and I love it so to each his own!

The $399 is for

3 years 36k miles

Paint protection: covers
*Weather Induced Fading
*Loss of gloss

Fabric Protection: covers
*Stains caused by food or drink
*Protection of cloth, leather, and vinyl

Etch Number:
*Acid engraved number
*Auto Theft Protection
*Rental Car Reimbursement
*Up to $2500 if car is not recovered within 30 days of theft.

But otherwise, its just what I want

Ahh okay that sounds more reasonable, I thought you might've been talking about the magical coatings that dealerships love to offer you that are really unnecessary hah. I say go for it if you like it!

I think its partially because with XPLAN they can only charge $75 doc fee, so they have to make up their profit

I had to order mine from Ford. I saw a Yellow Blaze V6 once on the street flying by. It looked great to me and has stuck with me. There were no Yellow Blaze GTs in the state of AZ available, so I put in the order exactly how I wanted it about 2 weeks ago. They gave me a target date of July 11. The wait is excruciating...

It's a much better color up close.
The pearl is obvious then.

Oh and OP, Yellow Blaze is the name.
Tri-Coat is the process of which said paint is applied.
