naaa stock pulley your fine , its when you swap them out for more power ( which your sure to do ) you can run 8#s with a good tune all day . still might consider a a/f gauge so you can track it

I plan on putting a pod with a/f, vacuum/boost, and one other. Not sure about the last one though.

Perhaps an Aeroforce gauge for the third?

I'm running 8.5 PSI on my Paxton HO kit right now (essentially the same). I did have the 11 pound pulley on there that comes with the stock HO kit but I was pushing just north of 500 HP to the wheels. Like you I have a daily driver so I grabbed a pulley that comes with the entry kit safety's sake. I don't think you went over this, but is it an intercooled setup?

Hey Turbo 2.8, do you have pics or a diagram of how your blow off valve is set up?

I am thinking about going with a blow through design so I can make the "ppppssssffff!" noise between shifts rofl

In the future you will want to look into an intercooler, especially being in GA. It gets hot as hell under the hood and I have an intercooler, your IATs are going to be through the roof non intercooled. But you will be fine with a conservative tune!
