Default VMP500 kit ordered!!!

I finally ordered my vmp500 kit just now. I was originally getting a dyno tune from evolution performance, but Fred never called me back and I'm sick of chasing people to work on my car. If they dont want my money I'll take it where someone does. I spoke to Justin over @ VMP earlier and he told me there was no need for a boost a pump because with my headers it will actually lower the boost on the car a little bit and he has no problem tuning to accommodate for the exhaust mods. It takes usually 2 weeks to get the tune he said, which is good because I will be in Cape May, NJ all next week (July 2-9) so hopefully when I get back I will have my tune and will be able to bolt in the m90 and get this beast on the road. I also did purchase the NGK one stake colder plugs and he said to gap them to .35 which I will do. Hope everything works out

sounds like everything is coming together, let us know how
the s/c install goes and how you like the power upgrade.

i had that on my car and loved it. be sure that you get the car on a dyno to check AFR right away though, my tune was quite lean as sent and justin had to tweak it.

I will take tons of pics of the install and everything. And shane thats the first thing I am doing after the install. I'm not even going to get half throttle or anything until I get it checked. Once I know the tune is good I will "test" the new power =P

I hope your doing a a/f gauge too? Its good to know what's going on. You are gonna be so stoked when you can finally feel the difference that a blower makes! Good times man.

I am not doing it right now but I am definitely going to get one. I want to do a 2 gauge pillar with a boost gauge and an a/f gauge. Is it hard to hook up an a/f gauge?
