Engine Chirps When Cold
Whenever I start my car after letting it sit in the garage for a good while, and the engine is nice and cold, my engine keeps chirping when I start it up. It just keeps going, chirp chirp chirp, at about half second intervals till its warmed up.
Anyone have any idea what this may be?

I'd put money that its the idler pulley. My 08 F150 does that after sitting out in a hard rain or not being driven for awhile. After awhile it will chirp longer and longer, then you should replace it. My Ford dealer has done the truck twice since 08.
My 06 GT did it once last year, but has not come back.... yet

Sorry... no
The truck was covered under warranty. It not that hard, though. When we dropped the new motor in the GT a couple months ago. Access to that pulley is really good and shouldn't take you to long to do. As for the part. It can't be to costly.
Like others have said. Try to make sure its the idler or just bite the bullet and change all the pulleys and the belt.

Since your car is a 2007 and the belt is maintenance item anyway, I would change that first. If the problem persists, replace the idler pulley.
Edit: Quick Google search suggest about $40 for the idler pulley
