2007 Mustang Shuts Off While Driving
Should that be the case, then the obvious comes to mind. Battery terminals, if not that, then the main ground from battery to chassis.
I'd make a habit of a once every year or two doing a grounding point contact cleaning as well, with some sandpaper, and di-electric grease over it once re-done. Most grounding points are easily visible around the front of the vehicle when the hood is up, including one for the fuel.
Alternator issues are fairly common, but the interior LEDs should still have enough juice to show.

No power at all, as in no interior LEDs, idiot lights, etc?

I can jiggle the negative wire it seems like and it will get power again and start up like nothing is wrong. My stereo and stuff resets everytime so its a total shutdown of the car. So you can start down the road again untill it does it again, sometimes 30 seconds sometimes an hour.

I know the main factory ground line from the battery to the chassis on mine is lookin' fairly sad as the angle it's on promotes corrosion beyond the insulation itself. Probably replace that on my own later.
Can you specify which ground/- your "jiggling" to get it to work again? Obviously, that's what you'd likely wish to focus on either replacing outright, or cleaning the contact points on. But others could tell you for certain what it is, and what you will need to do if you can snap a pic, post to imageshack.us, or point it out on another diagram/picture.
This is not only not good for the obvious reason of your car not functioning randomly, but that likely means a butt-load of added resistance is being added on one of the main cables to get power when it IS working.
Not good. Betting you could find the culprit fairly easily, as it will be one of the main cables that is far hotter than it should be when it's running, if this is indeed a case of a corrosion and not just a loose/broken connection.
