I feel for you. Several years ago I bought my first new car ever. Six week later I stood on my dock (lived on a boat) and watched hail like that pound my car for a half hour. It was like yours, not one panel was untouched. I had progressive and they wanted to use paintless dent removal on the whole car. Having been in the collsion repair business for several years, I knew such extensive PDR would destroy the corrosion protection inside all the panels, so i fought with them to do panel replacement on everything that could be detached and limit PDR on the rest. We didn't settle for 3 years because they wouldn't agree to any paint work at all. The car was that Mazda safety yellow. In the end, I got fully compensated, but the car had lost it's appeal after driving it dented up so long, so I just put the money on the note and traded it in.
Moral, don't let them jack you around. Lawyer up if you have to. PDR is meant for limited repairs, not 750+ nickel and larger dents.
I did that once on my previous car (the bedcovers thing). I had to go inside and give up after getting nailed in the head a couple times and seeing the car being lifted up on its suspension my the wind!
