Default Intercooler pump not working?

It sounds like my pump is on but nothing is moving around like it should should be in the top fill bottle. I didnt vacuum fill it so maybe that the reason ?

Yes put a vacuum to the bottle or just blow in the bottle that might be all it takes to dislodge the air bubble keeping it from filling and pumping.

I just spoke to my girlfriends father and he might have a solution similar to what you said. He said they had problems with airlocking on the older jaguars and he recommends draining the whole system and starting over again. He says to start filling from the upper hose on the reservoir until its filled, than fill the reservoir but do it all very slowly. I am going to do that now and let you guys know how it goes.

Everything is fixed!!! Even made a video to show anyone else who ever runs into this problem to save a trip to the dealer! Thanks walker and black 2010 for the help!!! I now wonder if my dyno number would be higher now since my air intake temps would be much lower and the blower would be running much cooler.

If I were you, I'd be taking her out now! I imagine you'll get a pretty substantial increase.

I'd love to man but I'm dead tired after getting almost no sleep over these past few days of installing it. I have a car meet in the morning so I'll take a new video of driving the car. When you getting yours bolted on?

There is all that power you were missing. The IAT was too hot so the PCM was pulling back. Should be a different beast in the AM
