Coil spring change how to's ?

Does anyone have a link for a "how to" for coil spring changes for an 05? Greatly appreciated. Just like to know what I'm getting in to.

good question legend...I got a set of Eibachs waitin to go in and after the shorty header install, I think I'm gonna find a reputable mechanic around town ...unless its less of a hassle ...
