Was a great deal at American Muscle.. from 225/55-17 to 255/45-18... the Nitto NT555s stick like glue... They make a huge difference in stance, appearance and performance...





I've gotten the autocross bug, and have only done it so far on the old tires... They're Goodyear triple treads that I bought in 2005 and they have a good 80k miles on them... Best tire for wear I've ever owned... but the autocrossing been a bit tough on them...



Going back autocrossing weekend after next.. will probably put the Goodyears back on just to abuse them instead of the "new ones"...

Wow, I've never seen chunking that bad due to autocross! Those tires must really not have liked the heat.

Had a real hard time not just buying another set of these... I put about 60k on them with a heavy Crown Vic... and 20k on the Stang driving like a pissed off teenager...

They're actually dry rotting quite a bit that made me want to replace them just as much as the tread wear...
