2012 New stang :)
Hey guys, as some of you know from before i was searching into trading my car due to not being happy with the performance and wanted the new 6speed..So i made a couple more payments and then headed down to the dealer...This will be my 3rd mustang bought from here at Milham ford in Pa..I got a 2012 V6 performace packege in race red , 6speed, first choice was grabber blue but someone bought it >;0 , crazy part is its a hard color to find with that packege i wanted and it was a 500 mile radis and it couldnt be found, and the red was just as hard..They canceled my gap and extended witch now came to 1,200 and talking them up from 15,500 for my pony with 30K on it i got them up to 17k when i only paid 18,500 so i think i made out there, total for my trade was 18,200..I got 1,500 of the new car, and the total so after everything ,negative money, tax tags and gap, i finaced 32,200$ so im gonna be really happy i think i did a good move being my car is getting older and the old platform of engine will just got down in value, plus my intrest dropped from 9.59 to 7.23 i cant wait to see the car and have a manual now...Anybody have a performance packege? im waiting to see how the limited slip works too and the gearing 3;31's...any thoughts?

I hope not. lol I'd steer clear of that dealership if so. especially on my third car from them. and holy crap interest... ever heard of year end clearance ? 0 % apr on the same model minus few months age of car ? I financed my 06 for 0% price 32k out the door on a premium GT.

your first post is confusing.
you said you got them up to 17k for your trade, but then say you got 18200 for total trade? which is it?
then you say you only payed 18500 original for your old car? lets assume the first number is valid.
17k for the old. you originally payed 18500 for it. so 1500 less. how the heck do you have negative equity on your old stang if you got that much for your trade in. unless you carried negative equity on what ever you traded in for your old stang too.
long story short unless you had 3000+ in negative equity you payed to much.
