Default Problem

I got a 2009 GT with a 5 speed MANual and every time I give it a sudden rev or take off it makes a clunk sound and its not the 2 piece driveshaft....is it clutch chatteR?

Well where is the sound coming from? If from the rear it could be your upper control arm, it can be a handful things. Need more details!

sound is coming from the tranny area Its not the throw out bearing because it does it when the clutch is pressed and depressed
and it does it when I bring the RPMs up quick even if it is just up to 1500 but if I bring the RPMs slowly and smoothly it does not make a ratte/clunk sound

I get a similar sound from my setup, my noise though is the clutch engaging the flywheel....

I reloaded the stock tune and the sound stopped.....I think it was an engine knock

UPDATE!!!
Well I installed a 93race tune and filled up with 95gas and 109octane booster and it was all good and it was like sex until I hit 4000RPMS and it sounded like metal ticking or something I think this bama tune kinda sucks
and the sound is definitely coming from the engine maybe its pinging and I have no idea what that stuff is lol

Couple of problems here. 95 octane is a waste if you have a tune for 93. Jut buy 93. Then, adding some cheap octane booster to it which can gunk up your engine anyways just compounds the problem.
