I posted here a few days ago about my 15 month drama of trying to get my car parts painted, and installed. Well, they're finally done, and installed. All I need to do this weekend is install my GT500 splitter, and the car is set.

Is that a stock GT500 hood or aftermarket to fit the GT?

 

Its a stock GT500 hood. A Pick-N-Pull here in town had about 5 of them, for $150 a piece. I sold my stock hood the next day for $125, so in reality, that hood cost me $25 and about 30 minutes of install time.

It has the gap between the grill and hood, but its not noticeable (unless you are crouching down in front of the car)
