Here's mine, Roush CAI, strut tower brace and engine cover dress up from EmblemPros all else is stock -

They are made of mirror stainless and yes they are applied with 3M tape.

I designed it in Photoshop and took it to a sign shop and had them print it on bumper sticker material. I had 3 of them printed for $15.00.
