Default Car Lift Question

My floor jack won’t get high enough to lift my wife’s Mustang.
I was going to use a block of wood but then I found these jack extenders in a google search.

Looks like a great idea. Anybody tried these?

Those extenders will do the job. What type of jack do you have? I would buy another jack like a 3 or 4 ton, it's worth the extra money especially if you will be doing any work under the car.

Now your problem really is that the mustang needs to be lowered.

I have used blocks of wood when needed, but my floor jack lifts enough to get it on the jack stands without and blocks, I guess if I wanted it on one of the high jack stand stops I would have an issue.

Do what works and keep it safe.
