yeah but AZ property tax is dirt cheap compared to Texas as least from what I know.

AZ property tax is generally 1% to 1.5% of market value as opposed to anywhere from 1.5% to 7% in Texas depending on the county, city, and area you live in.

Tax is Tax is Tax. You gotta pay or yo will pay in harder ways if caught. And since every gov branch is short on funds, they are looking for everything. I like to be able to sleep at night, so I factor the tax as part of my acquisition cost and make sure it gets paid.
