I didn't install them. A guy here at work (who used to be a certified Ford mechanic) installed them for me for $250.00. Well worth the money for me not having to mess with it! The idle is set at 750.

I do like 'em alot! If you do get cams I strongly suggest you get headers too. Or at least make it part of your plan to get them as soon as you can. I had my cams in for about six months before installing the headers. I have to tell you... the difference with the long tubes is nothing short of amazing! Drivability and acceleration improved 100%. The car drives so much smoother now and the increased power and better sound is a big bonus too!
