Default Having stripes painted on 2005 Mineral Gray go Black or Gray?

I had hit a furry critter a couple weeks ago so I have to have some body work done. I bought an new Roush front fascia and a trufiber cobra roadster hood, it looks just like the OEM hood only it has a fuctioning scoop that is the same size as the Roush scoop. I purchased the roush aggressive chin spoiler and the Scott Drake Billet hood pins from Blue Oval Industries. My folks are getting me the black retro billet grille from American Muscle for christmas I have found a reputable body shop thats going to do the paint work my last decision is whether Im going to have Gray or Black stripes painted on Im pretty sure Im going with 9 in stripes with a 1 in spacing between then just like the Shelby GT but paint is permanent having a hard time deciding what do you think?

To be more clear, the second picture you posted is of matte black stripes. Did you mean glossy black, or is matte black what you were looking for? I would go with matte black or gray, personally.

That's a good point didnt even think about that. Great another decision to make I think you made a good point and I think I agree with you, Can they paint matte black? and if you can you clear over it or does that defeat the purpose? or is vinyl the only option?

Look at cutterwolfs car and stripe color. That should be your decision right there! lol (the color, not the style)

Yeah his ride is sweet I think CutterWolf has the Tungston color scheme but I get the idea go with a slightly lighter grey for the stripe. I feel ya

matte black if I had the choice. Someone around here has a new 5.0, black on sterling grey, and it looks gorgeous. If I weren't driving my grabber blue and loving it, I would've wanted that color combination.

Yes they can paint matte black, and then clearcoat over it. It makes it a bit more satin, but that'll still look great.
