Default brake issue

So on two of the colder days ive noticed my passenger side rear brake has been sticking. First time i realized it when i was coasting to an exit on the parkway and i realized im slowing down faater then usual. This time i put it in neutral and try to coast out of the driveway.... Nothing i stay in place when i usually should be rolling back easily. Both times it has been about 20 degrees or colder.
Its a 2007 mustang gt/cs manual. When i park i usually dont put it in gear and just use the e-brake. Could that be the problem? im looking at them now but, any known tsbs on notices on this?
I know the cold weather plus that brake heating up so much cant be good for the metal. (very hot to very cold warps) it doesnt seem to free up during driving but it does seem to after i park and it sits for a while then i drive it again.
Any help is greqtly appreciated, living in ny this cant be happening on every cold day or ill have no brake left by friday.

Water can get into the cable for the emergency brake - and when it is cold of course it will freeze and your brake doesn't release until it warms up. That is why it frees up after you let it sit for awhile.

I believe that there is a TSB and fix for it.

Thanks man. Odd though it hasnt rained or anything but i guess there could be water from other things. Is it common to only happen to one side. I saw a tsb but i thought it was the brake lever physically getting hung up and not the brake with the level down.

It can be just one side, all depends upon the cable itself.

I was thinking the brake cable TSB, too, but I think the TSB has to do with the cable/linkage busting but it COULD include binding.
