I am ordering my mgw short shifter for my v6 mustang, and I need someone who has bought one to tell me what i need because there is a lot of options. I want to install the shifter ball also which i am going to buy it is $55. I want to know if i need Deluxe Jam Nut with lock washer or the standard jam nut or the adjustable shifter stop kit. Do i need all that? I am kinda new at this. And what thread should it be? NEED HELP! thanks.
