Default 500HP Boss

So, I have a 2012 Boss 302. I want to push it to 450HP at the wheels/500HP at the crank. I'm sure that will spark lots of speculative responses, but the majority of the Boss dyno's I have seen dyno ~405HP at the wheels...so, I want about 50 more HP.

Any suggestions on the best way to get there without compromising engine reliability?

Really a CAI/full exhaust from the headers back/dyno tune is really about all you can do unless you wanna get boosted, then you're 600 club. I'm taking my time on what I'm going to do with this car, I don't want to waste almost a 1000 dollars on a CAI/tune if Im thinking of getting boost. I'm really liking the thought of getting something on the lower boost levels that would put me at 550-600hp at the crank but I'm not really sure at this point.

Forged internals (stock) = opportunity to boost

You can see 500hp (at the crank) with just a Cai, full exhaust, and tune. There are a ton of GT's putting down 420-430rwhp (est. 500hp at the crank) with and intake, tune, and headers.
