The spoiler used the 4 factory holes and I had to drill 4 others. It did come with hardware and these paper slips with holes in them. You use the paper slips as a template. See the link below on how to use the slips. I guess if you are worried about drilling you could use 3m tape and the factory holes but I decided to drill and it turned out perfect.
