Default please help..tuning ????

ok so i bought my 2010 gt and not sure what gas to put in. It has flowmasters which i know dont require a tune. but also it has a bbk o/r x pipe installed and there was a jlt cai/and tuner in the trunk that had been taken off. Obviously the stock tune cant be on if that midpipe is installed right?? how can i figure out what octane i should be running right now. I've been putting 93 cause im scared to go to 87. Its just my DD mostly so cheaper gas is fine with me.

Thanks

Hey,
Bolt on your JLT CAI and purches tunes for life from BAMA (American Muscle). Send them the list of mods on your car. They'll make custom tunes for whatever octane ratings you would like to run. That way you'll know your car is running at its best and you'll be using the correct octane!

alright good idea....do i need to record anything about suspension. I was going through paper work and there is a lowering kit, and caster camber plates installed. I know that doesnt affect engine but wasnt sure if needed to be noted for any type of calibrations?

Any exhaust work beyond the O2 sensors does not require a tune. Any work that moves or removes the O2 sensors does does require a tune.

No need to annotate the lowering kit in your list of aftermarket modifications when requesting the custom tunes.
