on my Black mustang I use
Pinnical Souveran
BlackFire midnight Sun
Black Fire Wet Diamond sealant
Wolfgang Fuzion
Take your pick..they are all awesome on black..If money was a factor I would choose the BF Wet Diamond as its only $30 and has good durability, great paint slickness and looks fantastic. Looks even better when its topped with midnight Sun..My current combo is Wet Diamond and topped with midnight sun..They call it fire over ice combo

Nice. So how does everyone apply their wax/sealants? I have a Porter Cable but it's not great for the small areas. Those get done by hand. I see comments about not waxing in "circles". That's hard to do avoid with a machine. Just looking for advice.

Edit: Where do you buy your products?

My experience in SC is that just about all colors show the red clay dust minutes after washing and waxing.

I don't really have that specific problem, it's just that anything in the air clings to the car. Cats, dogs, dirt, etc... LOL!

Buy all my stuff from autogeek.net...started with this set. I also use a Porter Cable with the Lake Country 5.5" pads....

Best value Kit right here (just the wax is $95.00 normally):

Thanks Roy!!! Much appreciated. Taking care of this thing is a PITA so anything to make my life easier is great. It's kind of a losing battle in a way since it's a DD. I do my best.
