Default 940 for suspension

So I dont get nothin from uncle sam this year, but I get 940 bux back from my costco Amex. I've been looking at the saleen suspension on brenspeed for about 750. Then blow the 200 bucks gambling or some other stupid pursuit.

http://www.brenspeed.com/10-1300-a11503.html

Any other recommendations? I could probably drum up another 400 bucks quick like, but Im going to be doing this work myself and stuff like Watts link aint happenin... Is this what ya'll would do? Please try to look past the color. Red and yellow aint my thing but it is what it is.

Looks like less bang for the buck. What are you current suspension mods?

Why not get a set of koni yellows for $780, then get whatever springs you want.

I'll put $$ the Koni's are going to perform better than the Saleen stuff.

There are no mods to suspension yet. Ive already decided on which LCA's Im going to hook up as I used them on my 06 and they completely eliminated wheel hop...so thats a given.

As for the Konis, 780 seems pretty darn steep and then adding lowering springs and sway bar is going to put me way over the 940 mark...unless ya'll know some deal I aint seeing!

AM has the Eibach kits within budget...
Pro kit = http://www.americanmuscle.com/eibach...em-0510gt.html
Sport kit = http://www.americanmuscle.com/eibach...em-0510gt.html

The sport kit is only $50 lower, but I dont know enough about Eibach to tell if the 50 bucks difference is worth it either way.

This is a DD but I want to get to the track and in the twisties this summer. Maybe occasionally take it to the strip too but I'd rather have the cornering ability.

Well, Koni's are one of, if not the best, shock/strut combo out there. Lifetime warranty is hard to beat.

Maybe spring an extra few bucks and get what the car deserves!
