I picked up some Roush pedal covers. I like them, they screw onto the pedals so no Gorilla glue involved.

Is that how their attached? Haha mine had them when I got it but I've been contemplating replacing them with the GT500 style as the friction padding on the clutch is completely worn off. If they're screwed in, might just be a good idea to find another set to replace them.

I personally don't think the ones on AM are the same . If you look, the pic on AM shows the gas pedal tapering on both sides. The ones from ACC Parts does not. Can't say for sure, but I think the AM version is a knock off. I also don't recall (been at least 6 years) the gas pedal from ACC having the rubber ***** protrude thru the back of the pedal, which of course would interfere with using 3M to tape it down....Again, could be wrong, but I can only relate my experience with the set from ACC. There were a ton of early 197 owners that had excellent success with them.....

Yep, there's 4 screws in each cover. If they were installed per the instructions.
