Default ford nav install

Has anyone with a 2011 and up had any luck installing a stock ford nav? I was hoping to find one in a junked car and install it in place of my shaker500 , I know there are aftermarket solutions but I really like the stock set up

There are several threads regarding this already... In a nutshell, not possible unless you rewire the car with the wiring from the donor car... Better off buying an aftermarket headunit with NAV and call it a day.

Which website sells an aftermarket headunit with NAV/DVD for 2011-2012?

The Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT is one headunit that comes to mind that is NAV and will play DVD's... You can order it from a number of authorized online retailers. Just be sure to visit Pioneers website to see who is and order from one of them... otherwise their warranty is not valid (like ebay).

Or the AVIC-X930BT. The AVIC line seems to have really good reviews, which is why I went with the X930BT. The Z130BT has all the options already included with it and a larger screen I believe, hence the bigger price tag.

Thanks for the input ya'll........And thanks OP for initiating this thread. This is something I should have added to the option when purchasing my Stang, but it's also good to know there are some aftermarket companies that sells them. Going to check out Pioneer and Crutchfield now...

@BigDin, Iron(clutchfield's "will it fit" option is what I was looking for), and Antonio: Thanks for the information in regards to the GPS/DVD headunit. After spending a lumpsum on AM, the wife put me on a budget, but Clutchfield seems to have some in my price range...Right now I'm looking into the Kenwood DNX6180 for $749.99. Going to check out the reviews and youtube to see if this would be a good buy...
