No not at all.
I got mine off of eBay painted Torch Red in good condition for $200 shipped.
Search eBay and keep an eye on Craigslist, if you can be patient it will pay off.

 

+1 on being patient but if you find a good deal jump on it before it gets away I was lucky enough to find a new still in the box Roush front bumper cover on craigslist for 100 bucks so I bought it the day I found it. I also found a California Special rear bumper cover for 180 it was a 3 hr drive to pick it up so i dragged my feet and waited to long and now im kicking myself I let it get away.
