Default the worst luck ever

well, as some of you know, i just got my car back out of the shop a couple months ago from getting it all knived up and the tires slashed at the movie theater here in houston...

well, wednesday night, another misfortune. when i got to my girlfriend's house, all the parking spots were taken in the driveway so i had to park it in the street. later that night, we all went out and got a little intoxicated and then came back to the house. well, around 2:30, my buddy decided that it was time for him to go home so i went inside. he jumps in his big *** expedition and threw it in reverese and never even looked back. all of the sudden, i hear my alarm start to go crazy. i went outside and his truck is plastered up against the front of my stang. the front quarter panel is crinckled, the hood is bent, and the front bumper is pushed sideways. needless to say, me and that guy arent vibin' right now but atleast i didnt beat the hell out of him...

going to get it estimated right now and i'll be in another damn rental car for a while

Damn man - that car is jinxed [&:] Of course, alcohol IS a terrible thing Maybe you should look into an old beater for everyday, run-of-the-mill driving that MIGHT end up requiring parking at the local cineplex - or worse, a bar [:@]

Mac, I don't mean to laugh at your misfortunes but this is entertaining as hell. You have got to get out of that neighborhood or put that car in the garage for life. You must have the worst luck that anyone has with their car.

Anyway, good luck to you when you get the car back.

Lets see.. the common denominator in both these stories seems to be the girlfriend... Could it be time for a new one of those? Only kidding. Tough luck dude.

Dear mac10chap,

I always thought your car was "so tuff looking" and I feel sorry for you and your mishaps...

Next time, only take your car out when you want to drive it around and never parking it anywhere...

Going to the movies, take a bus or taxi...

Going to your girlfriends house for drinks with friends, take alternate transportation...

Have her pick you up or better yet, ask your bud, who smashed up your dream to drive you everywhere until your car is fixed...

Sometimes even the best of friends can be "J_ _ O_ _'s"...

D

Sorry to hear about that, dude.

So is your "friend" at least going to cover your deductible? (Assuming it was reported, of course)
