Default Sequential Tail lights - vender choice

Hey Guys,

I need an idea of which one of these brands/ venders to get.

The two choices are American Muscle and Venomous Stangz.

I have bought from Venomous Stanz and have been happy with them. I have never actually bought from AM.

Here is the break down.

Ven. Stangz (http://www.venomousstangz.net/index....roducts_id=224)
- Cheaper aftermarket, Cheaper by $40
- Lifetime warranty
- splice-in setup

Am. Mus. (http://www.americanmuscle.com/cdc-dynamite-sticks.html)
- More known (the brand name - Raxiom)
- Only 2 year warranty
- Plug-in setup

Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks.

AM rocks. Nothing more to that. As for the lights, I think you need to decide if you want the plug in or splice and go from there. I bought the plug ins and love them.

Web Electric sells a version that sequences during turn signalling and does not sequence during brake application. That's the proper way to do it.

I cant agree Frank..the brake sequence is the coolest part and IMO it catches the attention of people behind you that you are stopping...I flash a couple of sequences as I am coming to a stoplight just to be sure I catch the eye of the car behind me...

I agree, in fact I think all braking lights should strobe twice then remain solid. It would catch people's eyes so much more when driving. Especially at night!

However, the only problem I see with brake sequencing, is turning. Say you are turning left, and you have your turn signal on. Then when it comes time to turn, you brake and the right side will sequence just like the left. This has the potential to confuse the driver behind you as for a second, there is no way to know which way you are turning.

Either way will be fine. You will be on the left lane when you're about to turn left, same as right turn. You have to brake no matter you're turing left or right, and the one behind you still need to brake. And there's also a 3rd brake light. If the sequencing light confuses the person behind you and makes him not braking, he's an idiot anyways.

I would prefer the plug-in ones.

I got mine from WebElectric and they come with a Lifetime Warranty as well. Easy plug -N-Play and you are done within 15 minutes.
