If we bought the 2015 mustang for the anniversary, and Ford turns around and does something better for 2016, just like the 2010 and then the 2011 came out

To be honest, I imagine that it's a definite possibility that they come out with a new drivetrain set up, but only time will tell. Even if it does, it's not like the 5.0 now isn't awesome

in 2015 buy a 2011 and put the frpp 624 rwhp supercharger on it, rims of your choice, some wide *** tires, and a good suspension

almost guaranteed to be more badass than any stock mustang for the $

^ Yes.

It wouldn't surprise me if they did something. Ford always has something up their sleeve.

I coulda swore that they made the announcement that 2015 would be the model year that they're designing the 50th anniversary for.

Yea..... rawer. You mean a drivetrain/plant redesign?

I'd salivate if they brought back all the old engine options. Man - a true Mustang 427 or a true 289 hiPo

I had heard the 50th anniversary was supposed to be the redesign as well but 2015 would be 51 years.

Edit: Like Young Gun said about old school cid motors. Would anyone else think a Boss 429 would be cool? They have the 302 for the autoX because of its great suspension but what about making a 429 to dominate the drag strip? Not as nimble but more drag car minded.
