Pretty sure that you need to get the Premium to be able to get the Track Pack option.

 

Wow, sorry to hear that. I know that if my order gets put on hold I might just lose what's left of my mind.

 

boss 302s were on material hold last year for the recaros's, i'd say that is the reason. they put 13 boss 302s on hold too for a stripe issue.

 

I'll be waiting to hear from my dealer as I also ordered a 2013 GT with only two options..Track Pack and Recaro's. I hope it doesn't hold things up for too, too long... Just ordered today!

 

There was a thread on another forum that was discussing this. The Track Pack is causing delays.

 

Has anybody figured out exactly what the hold-up is? I wonder if there is a workaround? If I could order the Brembo package and 3.73 gears without the rest of the track pack, I'd do that, if it would help.

 

I just ordered mine today as a base with track package and was told all orders with brembos are on hold(including the Boss).Apparently dealers are ordering pretty much all their 5.0s with the option causing a shortage (Atleast that's what I was told).So special orders will get priority once they stock up again.

 

I'm two weeks in and still no VIN. No use to get upset, I'm sure it will be worth the wait. I keep telling myself.

 

Sounds like ya'll need to buy a ticket to Italy to kick some butt and get Brembo in gear.

 

it's the recaro seats...they are being ordered like crazy...i guess Ford didn't expect it to be this hot, i don't know why when you offer it in ALL stang models lol...hope they get it back on track quickly so you can enjoy the car
