Are camber plate and strut mounts interchangeable ? like can you have camber plates instead of strut mounts? and what are some good struts and lowering springs i want to lower my 07 gt but i need to fix the popping thats coming from my passenger side strut or mount.

 

any upgrade to your stock strut mounts will be better.
and to answer your question about them being interchangable, sort of.
if you get C/C plates they will come with the strut mount.
if I were upgrading the strut mount, I would get the C/C plates, they are more expensive but worth the extra money especially if you are lowered and doing suspension.
