Default Car making a creaking noise

(2007 mustang GT)

Over the last few months my car has been making a creaking noise in the front end when i come to a stop. Last mechanic told me my front brakes still have some life left. So is this a shock/spring issue? its that squeaky/creaky noise that the front ends of old bonnevilles, and oldman cars have.

Anyone know what I am talking about?

Is it a metal on metal? Doesn't sound like brakes to me

I'm no expert but it does sound likely that it's a suspension/spring related problem. You know what that means...excuse to upgrade your suspension!

My father and I looked into this. Looks like it might be the front bushings.
