Is it possible to remove the 2011 v6 lip spoiler with back up camera in it, to another spoiler like the 2011 GT in air spoiler putting the camera somewhere else?

 

yes. you can get a 90 degree upside down camera ($20 busk on ebay) and mount it between the rear license plate bulb housings. that's what i did. camera is well hidden too.

you just have to re-route the wires to go behind the rear bumper cover. you will have to remove the rear bumper cover to do the job. there is already a harness and a grommet going out to the rear bumper cover for the license plate lights, so you can go in to that.
