Should I buy a 2011 GT with voided warranty?

If theres absolutely no warrantee there has to be some catch, something must be fuked beyond normality. how many miles are on it. Also, who claimed it was voided because of suspension modifications? mabe call ford and ask them to run the VIN of the car and try to get any more details on it. May have been tuned, actually i almost guarentee its been tuned since it has other mods, and possibly has a #8 cylinder issue which they will not fix because of the tune? thats my only theory i guess.
It has 14,000 miles. Clean title. I believe it was traded in car.
And if what you say about the canned tune and 8th cylinder is true how much would this fix cost?
Can I just re upload the stock if it is that ?
I'm going to get the Vin call ford tomorrow.
For the price is it worth it?

briefly skimmed the OP and none of the rest of the thread .. buttttt... a car with modded suspension does not have a 'voided warranty'. you can't have your aftermarket suspension stuff covered obviously, and if they can point their fingers back at the suspension components for new issues that pop up, they can deny a claim as well.

Why would a dealership neglect such a quick fix and auction the car for $5-8K (GT or GT Premium) below MSRP?

Unless the aftermarket suspension parts have caused the car to need repair then it is still under factory warranty. That said I wouldn't look at it because I'd rather have a clean slate to mod with the parts and brands that I trust.

And think twice about it. FORD is voiding the warranty on the car I just bought. NOW - it has a bad motor/tranny..... Ford advised it will cost them 10K minus 30K price = 20K you're paying. Mine ran fine and drove great.... just a small tick in the motor.

If MMR is set by it's own sales how can "many" be below MMR? I am lost on that one.
Average, above, or below average MMR?

And well the day I went there were a total of 4 2011 gt's sold.
The most expensive still with warranty went for 23,500.
And 2011 v6's were goin for 16-17.
Most of these cars are rentals from hertz, budget , and midway.
